Everest Construction & Development was founded in 2000 and was primarily involved in public buildings. Since then, it has evolved into one of the most reliable companies in the construction sector of Cyprus, consistently delivering projects in both the public and private sectors in the districts of Nicosia, Larnaca, and Famagusta.
Until 2013, the company completed projects ranging from the construction of small structures and apartment buildings to seismic upgrades of public-sector buildings. Since then, Everest Construction & Development has been engaged in land development, constructing apartment complexes and residential developments in the district of Nicosia.
