2012 was not a great year in property sales according to the Land Registry information and not only. On the contrary, a drop by 8% in registering new deeds is the overall result in property sales for Cyprus.
Now in Paphos, things are different, as comparing with last November, there is a 42% increase in property sales! The year has been pretty good too as autumn has been busy and the whole year was marked with an overall of19% increase!
Larnaca did not do bad either with a slight increase but the overall results are affected by the decline of any activity in Limassol, Nicosia and the Famagusta area.
