The Company was founded in 1992 by Mr. Andreas & Mrs. Maria Akathiotis.

Our initial activities (1992- 1995) were focused in Nicosia & Larnaca, and concentrated on the field of land development & in particular in the sub- division of (6) prime building sites, suitable for the construction of family homes.
